Fluorescent lighting for video

Made by ourselves in London, this range of compact and lightweight lighting is ideal for the location crew who need quick set up and de-rig lights. All use flicker free control gear and come with a set of daylight and tungsten tubes
The dimmer option is a rear mounted control knob giving 5 - 100% control which also keeps the colour constant. The long life tubes, 10,000 hours, are quickly changed without tools. The tubes supplied are Osram Dulux L

Twin tube - 110 watts

Using 2 x 55 watt tubes this gives the equivalent of 400 watts of tungsten but is a soft light and needs no filtration to use as a daylight source. The light comes with 2 x mirror intensifiers, 2 x daylight tubes, 2 x tungsten tubes, fixed mains lead with 13 amp plug and standard 16mm stand fixing.

	Image cool lights are great for small green screen studios. Here we have a presenter lit with 2 x 4 tube image cool lights and the green screen lit by 2 x 2 tube image cool lights mounted on a rear pole. With the low heat produced interviews don’t get overheated

Using 4 x 55 watt tubes, this gives the equivalent output of 800 watts of tungsten without the heat. This light has a detachable power lead, with I.E.C. connector, 2 rear switches to control 2 or 4 tubes and has a dimmer option.
